| Description |
Clamps are furthermore used to permanently attach hoses, protective boots, sleeves and airbags. Many of BAND-IT's clamps offer smoother inside diameters making leak free connections possible even with extremely thin tubes, boots or hoses. In the case of rebuilding front wheel drive shafts, two or three sizes of clamps can accommodate all types , sizes and makes of shafts, greatly simplifyng the logistics of a rebuild operation. Clamps are furthermore very strong and stiff, as the entire band is stressed only in tension.
