BAND-IT preformed clamps must be applied with the BAND-IT® Tool C00169 and this Jr® Adapter Accessory Tool J00169 or the J05069 Heavy Duty Jr® Adapter.  Fits over tool nose.  Clamp is locked under full tension and clamp tail is cut off with adapter cut-off action.
